Our installation service starts from £245 sqm for our modular steel patio base and surface, with UNI-QA products added to this.

iGarden Vision

FAQs

  • Do I have to have an installation to have a design service?

    We only offer a design service for our UNI-QA seating areas or complete garden installations, both of which are built upon the modular steel subframe. It’s currently only our dedicated installers who lay these systems.

  • What’s the benefit to the modular steel subframe?

    • Where conventional construction methods require a lot of mess with excavations, hardcore

    and building walls with mortar and blocks, the subframe system creates no mess.


    • Installation is significantly faster than traditional methods.


    •  It’s essentially a floating floor system designed to be installed over existing ground

    conditions including concrete, pavers or natural ground.


    • It comprises of galvanised steel frames, beams, pads and other support components which are assembled off-site to accommodate slopes and gradients for a level and stable finish – perfect for UNI-QA products.


    • The system is built to last. Made of steel, it’s extremely high performing and low maintenance as it doesn’t rot, creep under load or shrink or swell during the freeze/thaw

    cycle.

  • Are there any upfront costs?

    The service is free until the point of a site survey, which you will pay £XXX that gets deducted off the

    cost of your final fee should you go ahead with your design.
